DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY

Choreography, performance and concept: Tommy Cattin

What are the temptations and intimate episodes of violence that we have never dared to express or share? Through this nocturnal duet between a dancer and a microphone, sometimes insistent and violent presence, sometimes providing an unfulfilled possibility of expression, the piece delves into our ability to find our own voice and our constant pursuit to reveal, or not, our intimacy in order to exist stronger, whether as queer individuals or as adult human beings.
It is in the darkness that mysteries are unveiled or reinforced. Through this performance, or this intimate rave party for a single body, emerge moans and groans, lights and silouhettes, bearing witness to a pain that is past but still present, and probably future. From this exploration into the depths of the body, a question arises: "How do we overcome pain and continue our solitary wandering?" between love and new desires.
